Shipping

We’re based in sunny Northern Ireland 🌿🐶 and happily ship our goodies worldwide!

  • UK Orders: Dispatched with Royal Mail / courier, usually delivered within 2–5 working days.

  • International Orders: Shipped via trusted carriers (Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, etc). Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 7–14 working days depending on location.

You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can keep an eye on your parcel as it makes its way to you.

Customs & Duties

We do our best to make shipping smooth, but please note:

  • International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and handling fees.

  • These costs are set by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t have control over these charges, and we can’t predict what they might be (every country is different!).

Order Changes & Cancellations:

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
