What Can Be Returned:
- Unused items in their original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects or damages
- Incorrectly shipped items
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

Package Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a shipping method of your choice (we recommend using a tracked service to ensure a safe return). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Exceptions:
- Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
